1. How quickly can you share profiles?
For most common roles, we can share initial shortlisted profiles within 24–72 hours after understanding your requirement.
2. Do you support both contract and full-time hiring?
Yes. We support Contract / Temporary, Contract-to-Hire and Permanent / Direct Hire models.
3. What types of roles do you specialize in?
We focus on IT, Engineering, Pharma, Healthcare and related corporate roles such as Project Management, Business Analysis and Support.
4. How do you screen candidates?
We conduct a combination of resume review, technical/functional discussions and soft-skill assessments before submitting profiles to you.
5. What locations do you cover?
We primarily support roles across the US, with a strong focus on the Midwest and major metro areas. Remote and hybrid roles are also supported.
